[00:00:04] Speaker A: It's dj head. [00:00:05] Speaker B: What up, world? It's your favorite homegirl, Gina views. Happy Sunday. [00:00:08] Speaker A: Yes, it is. Effective immediately. A lot planned for this show. Definitely want to send our condolences and all that to rich homie Kwan. I'm also gonna be playing some of that in the mix also, man, it's a lot going on in hip hop beef we gonna be talking about. And we got some immediate bullshit. A lot planned for this show. But how's your week being, Gina views? [00:00:26] Speaker B: I had a great week. It was really hot this week, though. Like, I stepped outside, I looked at my nest monitor, and it said it was 113 degrees in your house in the valley. [00:00:36] Speaker A: Oh, I'm like, damn. [00:00:37] Speaker B: In the valley. Then I went outside. It felt like I was stepping right into an oven. They out here playing with the weather. I need them to bring back hoodie season. [00:00:44] Speaker A: I saw you tweet, you know that? You ready for hoodie season? Yeah, and I'm definitely not. [00:00:50] Speaker B: I'm ready for hoodie season. [00:00:51] Speaker A: Give us a little bit more sun, and then we can get into the sweats and the hoodies and whatnot. [00:00:56] Speaker B: I'm trying to steal some niggas hoodies. [00:00:57] Speaker A: See, that's what I'm talking about, bro. Like, what is that? [00:01:01] Speaker B: You know, I just like to feel like I'm into my man's skin if I don't laugh. [00:01:05] Speaker A: Okay. Cause, like, women basketball shorts and hoodies disappearing. [00:01:10] Speaker B: Oh, see, I let mine know what I'm doing. I don't just walk out the house with it. [00:01:14] Speaker A: Oh, okay. All right. Well, I mean, thank you for letting people know that you confiscating they shit. [00:01:19] Speaker B: Yeah, but I mean, if you stripping your girls, I think that's on you stripping your girls. You stripping your girl. [00:01:25] Speaker A: That's not true. [00:01:26] Speaker B: So she don't wanna do that walk of shame in an outfit she had on yesterday. [00:01:29] Speaker A: I have done that before. Allegedly or what? I have had someone go out in clothing that was not becoming of their stature anyway. [00:01:42] Speaker B: It's not great walk of shame etiquette to have the same clothes on from the night before. [00:01:46] Speaker A: You gotta have on just some rant like a hoodie or. Got you. [00:01:49] Speaker B: Yeah. Look like a new daddy. [00:01:49] Speaker A: How many times have you had to walk ashamed of what's coming up next? Hit us right now at effective immediately live hitmejed. [00:01:58] Speaker B: You can hit me everywhere at Gina View. [00:01:59] Speaker A: All right, stay tuned. Got some glorilla coming. Raptors. Nicki Minaj is effective immediately on hip hop nation. Effective immediately with DJ head and Gina views. [00:02:09] Speaker B: Like, you put these motherfucking glasses on, and he start talking like ti, and he's just using big words for nothing. On hip hop nation. [00:02:15] Speaker A: It's effective immediately. I'm DJ Hebb. [00:02:17] Speaker B: What up, bro? That's your favorite homegirl, Gina views. [00:02:19] Speaker A: Now, look, we suffered another loss in hip hop this week. [00:02:22] Speaker B: Yes. Rest in peace, Rich homie Kwan. [00:02:24] Speaker A: Man, Rich Homie Kwan is definitely one of them ones over the weekend. I mean, I'm sorry. He passed away on Thursday. And a lot of people have been taking to the Internet and sharing their condolences and sharing their favorite songs. I seen people already making playlists of Richard Miquan and stuff like that. The interesting part about this is when it first got announced, nobody knew it was true. And everybody. And the two platforms that I saw everybody waiting for was TMZ one and the shade room. And it's kind of interesting to me that the shade room is now one of them go to platforms for, like, breaking news like that, because it didn't start out that way. Like, a lot of people would see someone shade room and say, it's not true. Yeah, but, you know, rest in peace to rich homie Quan. I did text the homie Trent over at TMZ hip hop right when it was going down, and I was like, yo, is this confirmed? And he said, yeah, I literally just finished writing the story right now. [00:03:18] Speaker B: Damn. [00:03:19] Speaker A: And sent me the link. Rich homie Kwan was 34 years old. He was found in Atlanta in his home. It was speculation around the cause of death. As of right now, when you're hearing our voice, nobody can confirm what happened. So I did think what was interesting, too, is the songs that people were going back and listening to. Oh, this is my favorite Rich Henry Kwan song. And I'm like, bro, you forget how many records he got. Yeah, like, rich Homie Kwan got real records. Like, legitimate hit records. People don't know that. Rich Homie Kwan was also featured on Lil Dicky's first hit record, which was saved that money, which is fire. And his verse was fire. Flex obviously is one of my go tos, but you got type away. Like, you got all of these. And then that's not even including his rich gang stint with Birdman and Young thug and that whole thing, too. [00:04:12] Speaker B: Lifestyle. Tell him walkthrough. [00:04:16] Speaker A: Walkthrough with problem. Jason Martin. [00:04:18] Speaker B: He on the remix of my nigga. Well, no, he's on. He's on the original with my nigga. [00:04:23] Speaker A: Yg's breakout song. [00:04:24] Speaker B: Yeah, Jeezy Nikki's on there. Wayne's on there. McMill's on there. He had a lot of moments. And if you just even remember that whole run with him and thug, they had that shit on lock. [00:04:35] Speaker A: They had everything sewed up. Now, another thing that came up, too, I think it was Friday was. I mean, I'm sorry, Thursday was, is Rich Homie Kwan is, like, not Rich Homie Kwan is lifestyle. One of those cultural classic records. And I was like, it low key is because everybody was playing that song, and it became one of those songs that the dj would play. Like, you would save it to the end or to the end of the party or whatever like that, and everybody would. And you had to play the whole song when you got to the end of the record. And people rap thugs verse or whatever the case may be. Like. I also think it was dope that people were coming out and speaking out about moments that they had with Rich Homie Kwan because he loki been, you know, he been tucked. He been ducked off for a little while. And I don't know what that's about, but there was a lot of people speaking up. Like, no, I just talked to him two days ago. I just talked to him a couple days ago. I just talked to him yesterday. And it's dope to know that he was still in good spirits and stuff like that. [00:05:33] Speaker B: Yeah, man. Rest in peace to rich Homie Kwan. I seen a tweet that he actually tweeted in May of 2012, and he said, when I die, all I'm gonna have was my name. [00:05:43] Speaker A: Damn. [00:05:44] Speaker B: And it's just crazy because we never heard anything negative about him. [00:05:49] Speaker A: Nah. [00:05:50] Speaker B: Like, we've never heard anything bad about about him. We've only heard great things. And then he actually did an interview with Matt Hoffa. Shout out to my expert opinion. And he was talking about battling addiction and how he was so depressed. [00:06:06] Speaker A: Damn. I could see that, though. I could see that being a problem. A lot of artists go through that. A lot of artists go through depression and stuff like that. [00:06:18] Speaker B: Cause there was a. He said that when he was. He was at the height of his career at a point, and then everything just trickled down. So he was like, the money wasn't there. It wasn't the same as it was when he first came out. I think that when people are speaking out about being depressed and people are speaking out about mental awareness and mental issues and stuff, that we should listen. [00:06:42] Speaker A: Yeah, I agree. You know, rest in peace to rich homie Quan. We just lost also fat man scoop. So it's a lot. [00:06:51] Speaker B: Fat man Scoop is actually yesterday they did the I love r and B in LA. [00:06:58] Speaker A: Yep. [00:06:58] Speaker B: And fat man Scoopa initially was supposed to host it. [00:07:01] Speaker A: Yep. [00:07:02] Speaker B: So now they end up switching and they did a whole, you know, in loving memory of him. But it's just crazy. It's crazy what's going on in hip hop, man. [00:07:09] Speaker A: Take care of yourselves, people. Some 21 savage coming up. Also a new one off that big Sean album with Gunna. It is what it is right after this blast about you. It's effective immediately. Effective immediately with DJ head and Gina views. [00:07:23] Speaker B: Like, you put these motherfucking glasses on and he start talking like ti, he just using big words for nothing on hip hop nation. [00:07:29] Speaker A: That was that new one, big shine Gunna. It is what it is on hip hop nation. It's effective immediately. I'm DJ head. [00:07:35] Speaker B: What up, world? It's your favorite homegirl, Gina views. And I got some immediate bullshit. [00:07:39] Speaker A: Uh oh. [00:07:39] Speaker B: For your radios, hip hop nation, be aware there is a new scam going around where they send you a gift. [00:07:50] Speaker A: Like a, like a present? [00:07:51] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:07:52] Speaker A: Okay. [00:07:52] Speaker B: It might come from like Amazon or something. [00:07:54] Speaker A: Oh, like a real package? [00:07:55] Speaker B: Yeah, like a real package. There's no return sender or anything on there. It's just the gift, the package with your name on it, and it has a QR code inside of it. If you then go ahead and decide to scan this QR code, they collect all your information. [00:08:10] Speaker A: Just like that? [00:08:11] Speaker B: Just like that. Because when you open up the QR code, of course, you know, if you want to continue to, let's say it's a sample or something, it's like perfume or something, you want to get more of this, you put your information so they can send everything to you, you know. Now you might sign up for a subscription or put your card information and they got you. [00:08:28] Speaker A: Now look, I'ma give credit where credit is due. At least they spending money up to front. They like, hey, I was thinking, like. [00:08:36] Speaker B: Why I didn't think of this? Like, I wish I would have thought of this. [00:08:39] Speaker A: Most of the scams they just take, at least they fronting the money for the perfume or whatever they sending you. [00:08:43] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:08:44] Speaker A: And then they recoup it on the back end. [00:08:45] Speaker B: Hey, it's smart. The scammers are smart. Now, I almost got got with something like this earlier this year, so I got a letter in the mail that said that we see that you just, you got a business. My LLC. Shout out to DJ head for getting me my LLC. We see that you signed up for this LLC. Yada, yada, yada. You owe the state x amount of dollars. I panicked. Oh, shit. [00:09:07] Speaker A: Oh, my God. [00:09:08] Speaker B: I owe the state. I got an LLC. Now I gotta pay. I called head. Hey, you ever got a letter? You said, y'all got something like that before? Whatever. You don't be knowing what the hell going on, man. I opened up the link that it told me to go to, and I started to fill out the information. And then something dawned on me. [00:09:26] Speaker A: Now you tripping. [00:09:26] Speaker B: Something dawned on me. Cause I used to work at Walmart. I was a customer service manager at Walmart. And they will always tell us to beware of scams. And one of the things that they told us to watch out for was if the email address that you're provided does not have a domain in the email, that it's scammed. So if it say, like, effective immediately, mail. Not to say we a scam. We not scam y'all. But it should say effective immediately at. Effective immediately. [00:09:55] Speaker A: Correct. [00:09:55] Speaker B: So, yeah, they didn't get me, but that's. [00:09:58] Speaker A: You was filling it out, though. [00:09:59] Speaker B: I filled it out. [00:10:00] Speaker A: You know what I did see? I saw. I follow a couple of youtubers who, like, bust scam centers. Like, they bust, like, the call centers where they be scamming old people out. They retirement stuff. [00:10:09] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:10:10] Speaker A: And I watched one of these dudes and some of these things, when you click a link, they can see you filling it out in real time. [00:10:16] Speaker B: What? [00:10:16] Speaker A: Yes. So you might not even hit enter, but they already got you. Oh, and there's another thing called. Well, I don't know if I'm. It's another thing called key logger. [00:10:27] Speaker B: Uh huh. [00:10:27] Speaker A: Yeah. Just look up. Just Google keyloggers and see what that's about. Now, that's crazy. [00:10:32] Speaker B: Hey, look, I'm so goddamn broke, if the scammers got my bank information, they gonna fuck around and give me some money. This bitch is hurting. [00:10:40] Speaker A: Let me go ahead and bless genie. It's you. [00:10:43] Speaker B: They gonna send me a job application to come work for them. [00:10:46] Speaker A: This you right here. Hey, man, just beware. You know what I'm saying? Look out for all them scams out there, because that is some immediate bullshit anyway. Hit us up at effective immediately, live. Hit that website. Join the group chat. That is not a scam. If you go to the website and join our email group chat. [00:11:03] Speaker B: We are not scamming y'all. [00:11:04] Speaker A: We are not scamming you. We won't ask you for no money. Not right now. We'll see how Sirius XM pays out. You know what I'm saying? In the near future, got some lotto coming up, big mama. After this, Eminem and Jiddenne is hip hop nation effective immediately with DJ head and Gina views. [00:11:19] Speaker B: Like, you put these motherfucking glasses on and he start talking like Ti and he's just using big words for nothing on hip hop nation. [00:11:25] Speaker A: Yep, it's effective immediately. I'm DJ head. [00:11:27] Speaker B: I'm Gina views. [00:11:28] Speaker A: All right, on the way, got some offset and some don toliver for your listening pleasure. But first we gotta talk about this. Clips. The clips. If you don't know who the clips are, kids, you know what happened to that boy? Do your googles push a t. And no malice, who changed his name from malicious or malice because he found a different way than they came up. But clips are having a new, they have a new album coming out and they've been making the rounds talking about it, talking it up. I, for one, can't wait. And I said this on the bigger picture. I look forward to seeing what no malice has to say because I'm always intrigued by people who change their ways, but they are of a certain cloth or come from hip hop and stuff like that. And there's examples of those, too. [00:12:13] Speaker B: The subject matter is definitely important if I would even care to listen to reformed artists, because there are battle rappers who shout out to award. He's a christian battle rapper and his pen is crazy. So he's a battle rap. [00:12:30] Speaker A: I gotta dive into that. [00:12:32] Speaker B: Yeah. Now, although he's not disrespectful, although he's not, you know, coming from like a disrespectful, like, standpoint. His pen is crazy. So the delivery is good, but it's the subject matter. Now, I don't want to hear nobody rapping about no positive shit. [00:12:52] Speaker A: What you mean? So you don't like Will Smith? [00:12:55] Speaker B: I love Will. I love Will. [00:12:57] Speaker A: Will I buy positive? [00:12:58] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:13:00] Speaker A: But it's swaggy, so it could be positive. It just can't be. [00:13:06] Speaker B: You gotta know how to still flex with it. You know, like, oh, so, like, I. [00:13:10] Speaker A: Got a Maybach in front of the church. [00:13:11] Speaker B: Exactly. [00:13:12] Speaker A: Gotcha. [00:13:13] Speaker B: Exactly. It's still a flex. [00:13:17] Speaker A: Wow, that's a ghetto ass thought. [00:13:20] Speaker B: Now. Now being that we're talking about the clips, I do not think that they will under deliver. Nah, not at all. [00:13:28] Speaker A: No. [00:13:29] Speaker B: So I don't even think that that would be an issue. [00:13:30] Speaker A: They could rap. [00:13:31] Speaker B: Exactly. [00:13:32] Speaker A: Hell, yeah. [00:13:33] Speaker B: I mean, even if you think about the name flip, you was malice, and now you know malice. [00:13:38] Speaker A: That's crazy Mars. [00:13:39] Speaker B: Yeah, now you know malice, nigga. That's crazy. [00:13:43] Speaker A: Hey, Gina is such a fan of rap. It's hilarious, bro. I guess the question hip hop nation, we want to know is, do you want to hear reformed rappers? You know, examples of that would be Mace. Mace used to rap a certain way. Then he went and found God, became a pastor, had a whole congregation. I read his book from the line to the light back in the day. And you want to hear Mace albumen right now? No, but he did. He did freestyle. [00:14:07] Speaker B: And it was crazy. [00:14:08] Speaker A: And it was hard. [00:14:08] Speaker B: It was hard. [00:14:09] Speaker A: It was hard. [00:14:09] Speaker B: But that's what I'm saying. Waka flocka also. [00:14:14] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. Waka. Waka changed his ways, didn't he? I think Waka became, like, a vegan or something. [00:14:19] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:14:20] Speaker A: Isn't he for real? Right? Okay, so Waka became vegan, not ti. I'm sorry. Snoop Dogg had a whole case when he got introduced to the world. And now he's hosting the Olympics. [00:14:30] Speaker B: Murder was the case, and he dropped the gospel album. [00:14:33] Speaker A: And he dropped a gospel album. So I guess it's not a one size fit all. But I guess the question we want to know, hip hop nation, is, do you want to hear reformed rappers? Like, do you want to hear a whole album of the new Persona that the person has taken on? Who's the most gulliest, grimy rapper that you like? [00:14:51] Speaker B: Grimy gully. [00:14:53] Speaker A: Did I use it in the proper context? I'm not from the east coast. Grimy gully. Just. Just. Yeah. You look like Conway right now. [00:15:02] Speaker B: Yeah, Conway, then. [00:15:04] Speaker A: Okay, so do you want to hear Conway the machine album and him talking like Will Smith? [00:15:10] Speaker B: The thing about it is, it depends on the talent of the person. So let's say that Lil Wayne just wanted to switch and go full gospel. Or just be super duper positive. [00:15:21] Speaker A: That would be very interesting. [00:15:23] Speaker B: Lil Wayne's pen is sick, so he might have spiritual word flips. You know, he might be talking about Genesis and Leviticus. [00:15:34] Speaker A: Leviticus. [00:15:36] Speaker B: Leviticus. I ain't been to church since COVID yo. [00:15:41] Speaker A: Anyway. [00:15:42] Speaker B: Deuteronomy. [00:15:43] Speaker A: Yeah, deuteronomy, deuteronomy. [00:15:46] Speaker B: The point is, I know the books of the bible. [00:15:48] Speaker A: Let us know what you think. Hip hop nation. Tap in with us or hit us on socials. Hit us in the comments. Let us know what you think. Do you want to hear from reformed rappers? Got some. A boogie with a hoodie. Coming raptors ASAP. Rocky is hip hop nation effective immediately? Effective immediately. With DJ head and Gina views like. [00:16:05] Speaker B: You put these motherfucking glasses on and he start talking like ti he just using big words for nothing. [00:16:09] Speaker A: On hip hop nation, it's effective immediately. On hip hop nation, I'm DJ Hepp. [00:16:14] Speaker B: What up, world? That's your favorite homegirl. Gina, views. [00:16:16] Speaker A: Now, game apparently has an album on the way. I've been hearing through back channels. Not gonna say who my source is, but I've been hearing game has been hard at work in the studio. On another album, I did see photos on the Internet of game. In the studio, I saw Simba, I saw a couple other people in the studio. Don't wanna blow the spot up. But game is one of those rappers who can rap when he chooses to. [00:16:38] Speaker B: Yep. [00:16:38] Speaker A: Oh, game is different on the mic, and it's proven. [00:16:41] Speaker B: He just dropped this 87 cutlass with Rayvon and he is spitting. [00:16:45] Speaker A: Yes. [00:16:46] Speaker B: You know, I love when these niggas rap. Keep rapping. [00:16:48] Speaker A: Yes. [00:16:49] Speaker B: Niggas keep singing. Rap gon die, so keep rapping, please. Games completely spazzed on this song, and he also mentioned in the song that I'm not tripping off that shit with 50. It's behind him now. [00:17:04] Speaker A: And it's interesting, too, because when he was dropping, what was it, drillmatic, he was doing a lot of trolling. Like, you know, I want rap. Smoke with whoever wanted. I just want to rap. He was trolling Eminem. He was taking shots at everybody, like, so I guess. And then also, the game in 50 cent thing has been going since I even started paying attention to rap. Damn near for real rap. [00:17:31] Speaker B: That might be the first beef that I can even really? I wasn't alive for PoC and biggie. [00:17:36] Speaker A: Oh, that's good. [00:17:36] Speaker B: So that might be the first beef that I even was around for with the Gu not and all that type of stuff. That was a thing when I was in elementary, though. So that's the first rap beef that I was even able to be present for. [00:17:48] Speaker A: Yep. So 50, I mean, so you have. Well, 51st was beefing with ja rule since the beginning of his career. Then when 50 got signed to shady aftermath, you know, Eminem and everybody got involved and whatever. [00:18:00] Speaker B: 50 was beefing with the industry. [00:18:01] Speaker A: 50 was beef with industry. Cause he was a. Rob was crazy. So, yeah, yeah. So, I mean, the thing is, I like this. I like. So game is a perfect example. We was just talking about on the radio about. [00:18:13] Speaker B: Right, right. [00:18:14] Speaker A: Reforming. [00:18:15] Speaker B: I don't want to see game reform. [00:18:16] Speaker A: You don't want to see positive. [00:18:17] Speaker B: I don't want to see positive raps. I want that nigga to keep talking shit. He said, he said, I told them to drop my drop me an interscope or I was going fuck some shit up. That's what he just said on 87 cudlies. I like that. I like him mimicking Stan. I like that. I like him doing all of that. [00:18:32] Speaker A: Okay, so I guess the thing is, like, how long should rap beefs go on? Because the 50 in game thing has been going on over ten years. 50 and ja rule since I can remember. I don't even remember when that shit started. And then you got. Now you got Drake and Kendrick, and then you had Drake and Meek who patched things up. And then allegedly, you got Fredo Bang. You got NBA Youngboy. So you have all of these people who are, quote unquote, beefing within rap, within hip hop. [00:19:00] Speaker B: I think it's a case by case situation. Because when you even like all the beefs that you just mentioned, they all have different situations. The scenario is different. You got people who lost lives on both sides. In some instances. Some instances, somebody just fucks somebody, bitch. Some instances. [00:19:15] Speaker A: Is that small? That's small. [00:19:17] Speaker B: That's very small. For men, that's small. For women, we could be for life if you fuck my nigga. Yeah, but for women, I mean, for men, no, that's not. Y'all can move on. Move on. Move on past that. [00:19:27] Speaker A: Okay. [00:19:28] Speaker B: Y'all supposed to fuck each other bitches. It's y'all. [00:19:29] Speaker A: That's crazy. [00:19:30] Speaker B: Y'all are, like, in competition with each other. Like, men are just in, like, in competition. Whatever. [00:19:36] Speaker A: Women are in competition, fool. [00:19:38] Speaker B: Yeah, we are. But for us, it's different for men. Y'all gonna fuck somebody side piece or somebody who don't matter if it's your. [00:19:44] Speaker A: Wife, they be doing that too. [00:19:46] Speaker B: Ain't nobody fucking nobody wife. But that's what I'm saying. In this situation. In these situations, it's not that deep. Now, if it's that deep, I get it. Meek Mill and Drake beef. What we know on the surface was just about the cold Quinton Miller thing. That's all we know. Them niggas was friends. They able to pass things up. Even if we talk about Drake and Kendrick, they just have some ego shit with each other. That's just been happening over the years and just, you know, friendly competition. Them niggas could pat shit up or. [00:20:11] Speaker A: Unless you genuinely don't like somebody or what they stand for, represent. [00:20:14] Speaker B: That's true. [00:20:15] Speaker A: Right? [00:20:16] Speaker B: That's true. [00:20:16] Speaker A: So that's principle. [00:20:17] Speaker B: That's principle. [00:20:18] Speaker A: And if somebody violates you to the point where of no return, that's also. Now nobody probably lost their life. But if somebody violates you to the point of no return, like, that's also something, right, right. [00:20:29] Speaker B: I mean. Cause Drake's gonna hear a minor for the rest of his life. [00:20:31] Speaker A: For the rest of his life. [00:20:32] Speaker B: For the rest of his life. Metro is gonna forever. Hear Metro shut your whole ass up at Drake. [00:20:38] Speaker A: Some drums. So. Okay, give me a number. How long should. How long should. How long is too long to beef in hip hop? [00:20:47] Speaker B: A decade. [00:20:48] Speaker A: So ten years. So wrap this shit up. [00:20:50] Speaker B: Nine years in a decade is too long. I feel like. Like how we was talking about principal. So let's say we talking about dot and Drake. Just because they beefing off a principal, them niggas could literally have a conversation and get an understanding of the other person eventually. [00:21:05] Speaker A: Cause nobody lost lives or. [00:21:06] Speaker B: Exactly. Now, if somebody die, then that's different. [00:21:09] Speaker A: It's for life. [00:21:10] Speaker B: Yeah, but I mean, you have to look at the whole, like, biggie and Pac thing. We're still talking. We're talking about beefs right now. That we still can. These people are still present. [00:21:21] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:21:21] Speaker B: Nobody lost their lives or anything. So before it get that far, let's just pat shit up. Unless it's just for hip hop. [00:21:27] Speaker A: So you cool with the competitive nature of hip hop? [00:21:29] Speaker B: I love diss tracks. [00:21:30] Speaker A: Shit talking, diss tracks. So, like, young Miami and JT. That's a good example. [00:21:35] Speaker B: No, they're girls. Women are different with beefs. [00:21:38] Speaker A: So how should that go then? [00:21:40] Speaker B: Women are different. We're catty. We're petty. [00:21:43] Speaker A: So how should that go? They should let it go. [00:21:45] Speaker B: They should know. They should make up before it even get on the record. Oh, before it even get on the record, they should make up. Them two specifically, were real friends. That shit should have never hit Twitter. [00:21:56] Speaker A: I feel you. All right, well, let us know, hip hop nation. Let us know what you think. How long is too long to beef in hip hop? Shout out the game. Compton native. Speaking of Compton, let's get into this. Not like us. Kendrick Lamar, effective immediately. [00:22:08] Speaker B: What a transition. [00:22:10] Speaker A: Effective immediately with DJ head and Gina views. [00:22:14] Speaker B: Like, you put these motherfucking glasses on and he start talking like ti. He just using big words for nothing on hip hop nation. [00:22:20] Speaker A: Polo g glorilla. Bad kids on hip hop Nation is DJ head. [00:22:24] Speaker B: It's Gina Views and DJ head. I have a question for you. [00:22:27] Speaker A: What's the question? [00:22:27] Speaker B: Have you ever practiced nut retention? [00:22:29] Speaker A: No. Well, actually, yes, I have held my seed back before. Yeah, I have done that before. [00:22:39] Speaker B: Well, speaking of holding your seeds back, shout out to NBA youngboy. He reportedly welcomed a 12th child this past week. A 12th child with his 10th baby mama. [00:22:52] Speaker A: Okay, so twelve kids, ten baby mamas? [00:22:54] Speaker B: Yes. [00:22:55] Speaker A: How many kids do Nick Cannon got? [00:22:57] Speaker B: A lot. There's actually. [00:23:01] Speaker A: That's a new number. Like, that's a new number, right? How many kids you want between one and Nick Cannon? [00:23:05] Speaker B: Yeah, between one and Nick Cannon is crazy. So there's actually a family tree. I believe, if I'm not mistaken, he has about eight or six baby mamas. And then like eight or ten kids, there was a. Oh, Sarah, Sarah. Okay, he has twelve kids and how many baby mamas? Nine. Cause some of them he spent the block on. [00:23:28] Speaker A: Yeah, I mean, yeah, you know, I eat at the same restaurant that I like. [00:23:31] Speaker B: Yeah. How many. How many baby mamas is too many for me? [00:23:38] Speaker A: One. [00:23:39] Speaker B: I heard that. [00:23:40] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? [00:23:40] Speaker B: So how many kids is too many per person? [00:23:42] Speaker A: Man, listen, bro, let me tell you. Let me break these economics down for you. This is how my mind works in the state of Cal, okay? I don't put my homie business out there, but in the state of California, if you have two children, that's automatically 50% of your income. Automatic. That's like if you on child support, two kids, automatic 50% of your income, they take away. Right? Garnish your check, whatever. So you figure four kids is 100% of your income. Twelve kids means no matter how hard you work. Yeah, I don't know. The numbers is numbering right now. [00:24:16] Speaker B: I feel like that meme right now where all the numbers was just going over the bitch head. It's just. [00:24:21] Speaker A: So at four kids is 100% of your income, so times that by three, which means three. I don't even know where I'm at number wise. [00:24:31] Speaker B: You lost me. You lost me. You lost me at the state of California in child support and shit. I checked out. [00:24:40] Speaker A: I'm out. [00:24:41] Speaker B: I'm out. Yeah, that's too much damn money. I could barely take care of me and my dog, bro. What? [00:24:45] Speaker A: In California now, NBA Youngboy is definitely well off. Like, as far as you know, he's made enough money for himself, but he got a lot of legal issues. You know, he's been no stranger to controversy on the Internet. [00:24:57] Speaker B: Right? Hey, shout out to NBA Youngboy, welcoming his new child into the world. A child is a blessing. Congratulations. [00:25:08] Speaker A: Child is a blessing. [00:25:09] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:25:09] Speaker A: And keep them blessings. [00:25:12] Speaker B: Keep them blessings. [00:25:13] Speaker A: Over there, we gonna be auntie and uncle it up like a motherfucker else. [00:25:16] Speaker B: I'm trying to be the cool auntie forever, you know what I'm saying? [00:25:19] Speaker A: Auntie Gina. Yup, yup. Don't you forget it, bitch. [00:25:23] Speaker B: Calling your niece and nephew bitch is crazy. [00:25:25] Speaker A: Well, not today. Faces. [00:25:26] Speaker B: So who? You. So you do say it. [00:25:28] Speaker A: No, I was being you. [00:25:31] Speaker B: You was being me? [00:25:32] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:25:32] Speaker B: You think I'm calling kids bitch? Yes, I am. [00:25:38] Speaker A: Wow. Well, there it is, folks. You know what I'm saying? Got some moneybagg, yo. Some Drake coming right after this. T grizzly. In future, it's effective immediately on hip hop nation. Effective immediately with DJ head and Gina views. [00:25:51] Speaker B: Like, you put these motherfucking glasses on and he start talking like ti, and he's just using big words for nothing on hip hop nation. [00:25:57] Speaker A: That was at LL cool J and Saweetie proclivities. On hip hop nation. It's effective immediately. I'm DJ head. [00:26:03] Speaker B: What up, hip hop nation? It's Gina views. And I got some goat birthdays for this week. [00:26:07] Speaker A: Some goats. [00:26:08] Speaker B: Okay. [00:26:08] Speaker A: Some of the goats. [00:26:09] Speaker B: Happy birthday, big boy. [00:26:11] Speaker A: Happy birthday to big boy. The voice of L. A. [00:26:13] Speaker B: The voice of Laden, slim thug, wiz Khalifa, hitmaker. [00:26:17] Speaker A: Damn. [00:26:18] Speaker B: Kanye west dropped graduation. [00:26:20] Speaker A: This week in hip hop. [00:26:21] Speaker B: This week in hip hop. [00:26:22] Speaker A: Okay, first of all, graduation is slept on, but go ahead. [00:26:25] Speaker B: Absolutely. 50 cent dropped Curtis. Oh, same day. Same day. [00:26:30] Speaker A: Yep, same. [00:26:31] Speaker B: September 11. I remember that. Also, we'll release September 11. Shout out to my favorite rapper, fabulous. He dropped ghetto fabulous. [00:26:40] Speaker A: Yes. Ghetto Fabulous was fabulous debut album. It dropped on 911 along with the blueprint with Jay Z. And that was an interesting time for New York. But, you know, shout out to fabless. I would definitely listen to ghetto fabless over the blueprint. I know that's a hot take. I'm gonna get killed online for that. [00:26:58] Speaker B: Yeah, they gonna kill you for that. [00:26:59] Speaker A: Oh, they gonna eat me up for that. [00:27:00] Speaker B: Yeah, but pause. Pause. [00:27:02] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:27:02] Speaker B: That was crazy. Dropping an album on 911 is crazy. [00:27:06] Speaker A: They didn't know. [00:27:07] Speaker B: I know, but just imagine, like, you drop an album and then the. The two towers get hit, and your album don't get no. Ain't nobody talking about it. [00:27:16] Speaker A: They talking about worried about your album. [00:27:18] Speaker B: Ain't nobody worried about your album. [00:27:20] Speaker A: You know, what the fuck going on outside. [00:27:22] Speaker B: But also, I would like to know what was the industry like, what was going on with talks around Hov and fab dropping on the same day. [00:27:30] Speaker A: You know what I asked? I asked. I'm not gonna say who, but I did ask about that before. [00:27:35] Speaker B: Really? [00:27:35] Speaker A: Oh, hell, yeah. I think it was 911 last year. I was like, yo, what was it like when? Cause Jay was already. Jay, like, hov was who he was and the blueprint was, like this project that everybody was anticipating. It had so much anticipation. And then fabulous being the new guy from Brooklyn, like, dropping his debut album, and with the whole clue camp, the whole dj clue camp and everything like that, I asked what that was like, and they was, like, leading up to 911. It was like a real thing, because Brooklyn was really, like, in motion. Like, it was more of a movement than it was competition. [00:28:07] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. [00:28:07] Speaker A: It was like Brooklyn. Like, it's about pushing Brooklyn. [00:28:11] Speaker B: Right? [00:28:11] Speaker A: Then when everything happened, well, then when the albums came out, it became like, oh, who's this new dude? Let's pay attention to him. And then when everything happened with 911, then it kind of overshadowed, obviously, the albums. But they said, respectfully, they said that Friday. Cause 911, for people who don't know, the terrorist attacks happened in New York. That was a Tuesday. Albums used to come out on Tuesdays. They used to, yeah. It wasn't always Friday. So albums always came out on Tuesdays. That's how the industry was set up. Same way it's set up now for Fridays. When that happened, they told me that niggas was in the club on Friday. [00:28:50] Speaker B: Really? [00:28:50] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. The blueprint party and the ghetto Fabulous party happened that weekend for sure, in New York. [00:28:58] Speaker B: Well, it was also fab. Also had a fucking banger with Nate Dogg. I can't deny it. [00:29:05] Speaker A: Can't deny it. [00:29:05] Speaker B: And then remember the video, how it end this? It's so crazy that it just happened to be 911 because a music video had all the flag stuff. Yeah, exactly. Ludacris was also born on 911. Happy birthday, Ludacris. Rest in peace, PNB Rock. He passed away on the 12th of this week. Rest in peace, Tupac Shakur. Playboy Cardi has a birthday. Swizz Beatzhe was born also. And the goat. Nas. [00:29:31] Speaker A: Shout out to Nas. Where you getting that info from? [00:29:33] Speaker B: This information is from the hip hop agenda.
